For the optimal fit, please use a measuring tape to determine your pet’s size according to the tables below. All accessories should fit snugly, but not too tight. Size up if in between.

Take neck measurement at the middle of the neck. For added comfort, we suggest adding 1.5 cm (1/2 inch) to the neck measurements.

Returns

• Returns are eligible for an exchange or store credit if initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• All components of the original packaging must be kept. The item must also be in unused condition. We cannot accept a return if there is any sign of wear, scratch, or damage/missing any parts of its original packaging.
• Store credit is valid for one year from date of purchase.
