We use stainless steel because it offers an ideal balance of durability, strength, and resistance to rust, performing beautifully through daily wear. While stainless steel won’t chip or tarnish like plated metals, it can gradually develop a matte patina or light surface discoloration over time — a normal characteristic of raw, uncoated steel. A quick polish restores its luster.
Stainless steel remains our choice because it’s reliable, safe for active dogs, and maintains a refined, understated look that ages naturally with use.
Yes, ami nali accessories are designed to be compatible with most standard pet gear, so they can be paired with products from other brands. That said, we do recommend using the full ami nali set as designed, as each piece is intentionally crafted to complement one another in both function and aesthetic. Using the complete set ensures the best fit and makes a fashionable statement.
Each product has a dedicated size guide with measuring instructions and recommended breeds. We encourage using a soft measuring tape for the most accurate fit. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort.
Yes. Our collars are designed for daily wear and crafted from durable materials that soften over time. The martingale construction offers gentle control while remaining comfortable for extended use.
We recommend avoiding exposure of moisture on the leather. If the accessories gets wet, gently pat it dry as soon as possible and allow it to air-dry naturally away from direct heat.
The leather naturally softens with use. While it does not stretch significantly, slight relaxation over time is normal and part of the material’s character.
Our martingale collar provides safe and gentle correction, and the harness is designed to distribute pressure evenly for comfort. If your dog is a strong puller, the harness is the recommended option.

Yes. Every ami nali order is thoughtfully wrapped in our signature packaging, making it ideal for gifting. If you’d like to include a personal message, you may add one at checkout.

SHIPPING
We currently ship within the continental United States (excludes Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Alaska, and Hawaii).
Free continental US shipping is applied to purchases of $200+. Our team will work diligently to dispatch your order promptly after it has been placed, within 5 business days of order confirmation and subject to availability.
For security reasons, we are unable to process an order addressed to a P.O. box.
Our domestic standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major carriers, including UPS and FedEx.
Carriers may occasionally mark a package as delivered before it has actually arrived. If you receive a delivery notification but do not see your parcel, please allow up to 3 business days for it to appear.
If your package still hasn’t arrived, we recommend taking the following steps:
• Check with household members or neighbors who may have received the parcel on your behalf.
• Look around your property, as carriers sometimes leave packages in discreet locations.
• Contact your local courier to confirm the delivery status and verify the drop-off location.
If you are unable to locate your package after these steps, please file a claim directly with UPS or FedEx, then email us at care@aminalipet.com with your order number and claim number. We will review your case alongside our shipping partners.
Please note that courier investigations typically take 8–10 days, and may take longer during peak periods. For future orders, we always encourage shipping to a secure address where someone is available to receive the delivery.
Every ami nali piece is carefully inspected before it is sent out to our customers. If your parcel arrives with visible damage before opening the box, please contact us immediately at care@aminalipet.com with photos of the exterior packaging and your order number.
We’ll guide you through the next steps and work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If an order is refused or marked undeliverable by the carrier, it will be returned to ami nali.
Delivery partners typically attempt to contact the recipient before designating a parcel as “return to sender.”
If you would like the package resent, a new shipping label will be required at the customer’s expense. A replacement shipment can be arranged once the original parcel has been received back at our facility.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are eligible for an exchange or store credit if initiated within 14 days of delivery.
All components of the original packaging must be included, and items must be in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition. We are unable to accept returns that show any signs of wear, scratches, handling marks, or missing packaging elements.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective. For your convenience, we provide a prepaid return label; the cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit. We will send a confirmation email once we receive your return, and process store credit within 7 business days.
Please submit your return request via email to care@aminalipet.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
PRODUCT CARE
To keep your ami nali accessories looking their best, we recommend gently wiping them down with a soft, dry cloth after use—especially after exposure to moisture, dirt, or salt. Condition periodically with a leather-safe product to maintain softness.
When not in use, store your accessories in a cool, dry place in its dust bag away from direct sunlight or humidity to preserve their quality over time.
Use a microfiber cloth or a stainless steel polishing cloth to gently buff the hardware and restore its natural luster. We recommend avoiding abrasive pads or strong chemical cleaners, which can scratch or dull the finish.
Rinse under warm water and use a mild, non-toxic soap to remove surface impurities. Rinse thoroughly until no soap residue remains. Air dry completely before giving it back to your dog or storing.
TOY SAFETY
Our balls are thoughtfully crafted with durable rubber, designed for dogs 20-60 lbs and features a 2.5-inch diameter. That said, no dog toy is truly indestructible. We always recommend supervising your pet during play and removing the toy at the first sign of wear to ensure their safety.
Our ball is made from durable, high-bounce rubber that’s gentle on the mouth and ideal for fetching. It is not intended as a chew toy or for dogs who are aggressive chewers. If your dog tends to dismantle toys, please supervise closely.
Do not machine-wash, boil, or place near heat sources, as excessive heat may alter the bounce and integrity of the rubber.
For safety, all toys including ours, should be enjoyed under supervision. If the toy becomes damaged, loose, or compromised, discontinue use immediately.
No. ami nali toys are designed exclusively for canine use and should be kept out of reach of children to avoid accidental misuse.
Absolutely. The ball is lightweight, buoyant, and perfect for pool or beach play. Always supervise water play for your dog’s safety.

Reserving a preorder item allows you to secure limited quantities before they’re released, while also supporting a more intentional and sustainable production process. We produce in small batches to reduce excess and ensure every piece is made with care.
Full payment is collected at checkout to confirm your selected size and style. Preorders are fulfilled first as soon as new inventory arrives at ami nali.
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, we will ship the available pieces immediately. Preorder items will ship separately once they are ready.
Estimated shipping dates are noted on the product page, in your cart, at checkout, and within your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping notification as soon as your preorder has been dispatched.
