SHIPPING

Free shipping to the continental United States on purchases of $200+ (excludes Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Alaska, and Hawaii).

We currently ship within the US only. Next-day and express delivery options available.

We are working on our international expansion to the United Kingdom & the European Union. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns are eligible for an exchange or store credit if initiated within 14 days of delivery. 

All components of the original packaging must be included, and items must be in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition. We are unable to accept returns that show any signs of wear, scratches, handling marks, or missing packaging elements.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective. For your convenience, we provide a prepaid return label; the cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit. We will send a confirmation email once we receive your return, and process store credit within 7 business days.

Please submit your return request via email to orders@aminalipet.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
