This section applies only to California residents and supplements the ami nali Privacy Policy. It explains your rights under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) and how you may exercise them.
YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE CPRA
1. Right to Know / Access
You may request the following information from the past 12 months:
- Categories of Personal Information collected
- Categories of sources of that information
- Business or commercial purposes for collecting or sharing it
- Categories of third parties with whom it was shared
- Specific pieces of Personal Information collected
2. Right to Delete
You may request deletion of Personal Information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions such as completing transactions, preventing fraud, complying with laws, debugging, internal uses, or research purposes.
3. Right to Correct
You may request correction of inaccurate Personal Information we maintain.
4. Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
You may direct us to limit our use of Sensitive Personal Information to what is necessary for:
- Providing requested goods/services
- Security and integrity
- Short-term, transient use
- Performing services on our behalf
- Safety, improvement, or maintenance of our products
5. Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing
California residents may opt out of:
- The sale of Personal Information
- The sharing of Personal Information for behavioral advertising
We do not knowingly sell or share the Personal Information of minors under 16 without authorization.
6. Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not deny goods/services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised your CPRA rights.

You may submit a verifiable consumer request by:

Only you or an authorized agent may submit a request. To verify your identity, you must provide sufficient information for us to confirm the request relates to you.
RESPONSE TIMING
- We acknowledge requests within 10 business days.
- We respond within 45 days; extensions up to 90 days may apply.
- Responses cover the previous 12 months unless otherwise required.
- We do not charge a fee unless a request is excessive, repetitive, or unfounded.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
In the past 12 months, we collected or shared the following categories of Personal Information for a business purpose only and not for commercial purpose:
Identifiers –
A real name, postal address, unique personal or online identifier, Internet Protocol (IP) address, email address, telephone number
Customer Records –
All of the Identifiers listed above, plus:
Card number, debit card number, or any other financial information
Commercial Information –
Records of products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies
Inferences –
A profile created about a consumer reflecting the consumer’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes
Sensitive Personal Information –
Financial account, debit card, or credit card number in combination with any required security or access code, password, or credentials allowing access to an account
Precise geolocation –
Sources include: information you provide directly, website activity, service providers, advertising partners.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may use Personal Information to:

- Provide requested products/services
- Communicate updates or promotions
